Does anyone know receipe, similiar to a cold bean recipe, using cucumbers, onions, green peppers and beans?

I was hoping to make something with a vineger/sugar combo using the lefteover garden vegetables I have. I was thinking of using kidney beans in it too.Does anyone know receipe, similiar to a cold bean recipe, using cucumbers, onions, green peppers and beans?
Just use your recipe for bean salad. The cucumbers slice them thick and sprinkle them with salt, this will make them crispy let sit for a while 10-20 minutes, rinse one and taste for crispness when they achieve the desired crispness rinse all of them and toss in salad. This should be the last thing added to the salad and service immediately.
