i would buy fresh green beans, wash and cut the ends off them. dip each one individually in a beaten egg, and then breadcrumbs or flour. then drop them into hot oil till the coating turns golden brown. This sounds good actually, i think ill try it myself
Stir-Fried Green Beans:
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Pd. Fresh Green Beans
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Salt
1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
Rinse %26amp; dry beans. Snip or break off the string ends. If long break in half.
Heat oil in wok or stir fry pan over medium heat. Add garlic, and stir-fry for a few seconds. Add beans, stir to coat with oil. Cook until beans appear a little more green than when raw. Add the salt, and cook for a couple of more minutes. Add the chicken stock %26amp; stir.
Cover the wok, and cook on low to medium heat for about 10 minutes. Check the beans to see if they have wilted and softened. if they have, remove the cover and cook to boil off most of the liquid. Stir occasionally.
Variations: Julienne carrots or red or yellow pepper and add then to the wok with the green beans.
