Is there a recipe for ';Green Bean Crisps';?

I bought a bag of what are labeled, ';Green Bean Crisps'; at a Menonite grocery store. They are delicious but expensive. Is there a recipe of how to make them? Especially interested in a recipe low on sugar, salt, and trans fat. Thanks for any help.Is there a recipe for ';Green Bean Crisps';?
